1. All returns requests (for refund or exchange) must be made within
30 days of receiving your initial shipment.

2. All returned products must be in unworn, unwashed condition,
complete with original tags and zip ties. We will NOT refund or
exchange items for which zip ties are missing.
(in cases where product is defective, please note the condition in
your request, we may ask for photos to assist in this decision
process)

3. Please be advised that you must first obtain an approval through
our return ticketing system here https://jnsq.myreturnscenter.com/
prior to sending back your package, otherwise we cannot process your
return.

4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, in
addition, we strongly encourage you to provide a tracking number when
your package is sent.

5. Once your package is received, we’ll notify you and inspect your
package within 5 business days. Your refund or exchange should follow
shortly.
