Notice of delay : Due to precautions of COVID-19 pandemic, our returns
department in Los Angeles is currently closed. We will resume
processing all return requests as soon as our work restrictions are
lifted. Please bear with us as we respond on a first come first serve basis. 

Time frame : 

All return requests, whether for refund or exchange, must be made within 30 calendar days of being delivered. 

Condition : 

All returned items need to be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and black ribbon intact. In cases when items are defective upon delivery, we may ask for photos to help determine return process. 

Exceptions :
-Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned, if you have any questions about such products, especially in terms of material, sizing, please contact us before purchasing.
-Items purchased with Gift Card cannot be refunded, only exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.

Please create a return request at, and be sure to select the most accurate description of your reason for return. We may follow up with a few questions before approving your request. Upon approval, you’ll receive a return label for US Postal Service (USPS). 

Return shipping cost :

We will provide a USPS shipping label for all returns. If you choose to ship your return back at your own expense, we cannot reimburse you, therefore we recommend only shipping your return back with the label we provide.

Refund :
Once your returned package is received, it may take up to 10 business days to process your refund. Customers who elect to receive a gift card instead may receive them within 2 business days.

Please note that we deduct a handling fee for each product returned according to this schedule below :
$6 for first item, $3 for every subsequent item.

Handling fee is waived under the following exceptional conditions:
