We do our best to have your orders delivered as soon as possible. You should typically receive your order within six business days. (Example: If you placed an order on Monday you should receive it by Tuesday of the next week)
Our shipping schedule :
It usually takes two business days for us to process your order. Once shipped, it should arrive within three business days.
We ship most of our orders through USPS from California, therefore should arrive within three days of shipping. Occasionally, some are shipped through DHL and may take up to 5 days.

Time frame :
All return requests, whether for refund or exchange, must be made within 30 calendar days of being delivered.
All returned items need to be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and black ribbon intact. In cases when items are defective upon delivery, we may ask for photos to help determine return process.
-Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned, if you have any questions about such products, especially in terms of material, sizing, please contact us before purchasing.
-Items purchased with Gift Card cannot be refunded, only exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.

Return shipping cost :
Return shipping is covered for all returns, however, we are only able to provide this when shipped with US Postal Service (USPS).
Once your returned package is received, it may take up to 10 business days to process your refund. Customers who elect to receive a gift card instead may receive them within 2 business days.
Please note that we deduct a handling fee for each product returned according to this schedule below :
$6 for first item, $2 for every subsequent item.
This handling fee is waived for exchanges, gift card refunds or
partial returns. Handling fee is deducted when all items in original order are
returned, even if it was returned in separate shipments (or separate requests).
